TWO HOLES IN ONE, 2000 MILES APART...

Two generations and 2 hours apart as well. On September 18, seventy four year old Marilou Condrey (left, saying "I finally did it!!") stopped by after her first nine holes with Mary Batson, Pat Holloway and Shirley Wilson and proudly announced that she had made a Hole in One on hole #5. Just about 90 minutes later, Anya Alvarez, 18, also made her first Hole in One ever, when she aced her 3rd hole of the day in her first official practice with the University of Washington Huskie's Ladies team. CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH! Marilou will be part of another team that will represent us next week in the New Mexico Senior Women Champinship. She will be joined by all of her friends above (Mary, Shirley and Pat) as well as Shirely Frazier. Now Ladies... GO GET GALLUP SOME TROPHIES!!

  2. Way to Go! Some people play for 29 years or more (I can attest to this fact) and never hit a hole-in-one! You're my hero!
